Took my 50cc buddy scooter in for a tuneup today to RP scooter and motorcycle, met Patricia and Luis, super nice people and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. Very happy customer, I’ll be back!
5 Stars Mom n Pop shop I brought them a bike I had no confidence in and later I was leaving on the same motorcycle feeling as safe as any other new bike. I have experienced other shops where they just want to wheel you in and out ASAP. I purchased my bike on the weekend, and they were closed. I tried my hand anyway and gave them a call. These are my favorite mechanics in town, they have fixed all 5 of my motorcycles including my 1965 Harley everyone else was too afraid to touch. They are family oriented and I wouldn’t be the same without them. I go to no one else!
We brought in a kymco 150 a few months ago, wanting to fix an intermittent starting failure. We also wanted to use a local area small business. We bought a new battery prior to bringing it in to RP. We were told the carb needed to be rebuilt so we did that and replaced the battery again, although we were pretty sure it was a electrical issue. The worst place ever, horrible customer service, they didn’t put screws back in my motor to my dirt bike, they said they fixed my 4 wheeler within the hour of me riding it I turned it off and it won’t start called Patricia she told me she not doing any of my bikes no more because they not fixing my things the right way DO NOT TAKE YOUR THINGS HERE IF YOU DO MAKE SURE THEY PUT ALL YOUR SCREWS BACK IN
