My worst work experience. Came there after 30 yrs at one job. Minimal training. Expected to do multiple jobs. 25 cent raise. Boss talks about staff & yells at them. She shredded Resdients daily. You have to walk on egg shells all day. Calls are recorded so Management uses their cell phones all the time. Constant blame game . Avoid if you can. I am so much better off out of there!
RP Management staff in Bethlehem, PA are extremely efficient. My issues are resolved quickly and with care. I appreciate how positive and kind every person in the office is and it is very clear they work with the tenants in mind. Thank you!
This is a dysfunctional company that has no way to contact upper management. I would not recommend trusting them ESPECIALLY if you are military in the Pennsylvania Area. Do not rent from any location that is managed by this company. The SCRA that is in place to help military personnel is not being followed. They blatantly said they continue to charge an extra month of rent if you’re unable to give them the notice time they want.
