Again our new property manager smokes right near the entrance. But the people that live here hands to be away from the buildings. She keeps smoking right near the door. I complained before and she went to the road to smoke. A month later she is back smoking by the entrance. I don't smoke. And hate that smell.
Second post to bring awareness to anyone considering The Villages of Lancaster Green. I feel disgusted living at this Apartment complex. My apartment has 2 bathrooms that keep flooding with sewer water. Water seeping around both toilets. I had to throw away 6 towels plus both rug sets due to the sewage smell that would not wash out. This place should be investigated for fraud and deceptive leasing practices. I followed the lease’s early termination clause exactly — gave two full calendar months’ notice, paid the re-letting fee, and had both acknowledged by management. The lease clearly states that “once acknowledged, the Lease Ending Date shall be deemed amended to the Early Termination Date specified.” Despite that, they later told me that if I defaulted on either of the final two payments, my lease would “revert” to the original end date in December. ... read more
Linden Lofts, great experience with whole process of getting approved for apartment. Kat and Jackie in office are both wonderful! They get back to us, answer all our questions, and are very friendly. Apartments are beautiful with all the amenities. It is like having a second family.
I am a licensed real estate agent living in Spring Ridge Apartments located in Whitehall,Pa. I have moved here 3/1/2025 and have not been able to breathe fresh air since I moved here due to O11 cigarette smoking. I have knocked I’m all my neighbors door to confirm who is doing the smoking and O10 & O21 said they smell the cigarette smoke too that it’s coming from O11.
