RecommendedClassic Albums Live are excellent as are the stage shows. BUT!!! The preshow dinners are crap. Done this twice. For $17 I expect a decent, hot meal. You'd do better bringing in Fred's Market or Lings.
My son and I attended the Ring of Honor event held last night. Unfortunately the event didn’t sell as expected and some of the seats, including ours, were eliminated to make the arena look fuller for the tv tapings. Once they realized the issue it was very quickly resolved and our tickets were exchanged for actually way better seats than we purchased. Everything was handled very professionally and we had a great time!!

I was at the RP Funding Center today for the dance competition and your workers are some of the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. Your security is absolutely ridiculous they yell at everyone and have the biggest mouths even calling people names. No customer service at all and we’re the ones paying their pay checks. Truly think you should reconsider your choice for security people.
You spent a lot of money updating the theater but failed to truly update the entire theater. Seating in the Mezanine is cramped. I am only 5'3' and I found the leg space way to small. In addition, the seats are spaced directly behind each other rather than staggered. This means you must constantly sway from side to side as the person in front of you moves. We enjoy the concerts and all the trade shows. We also take advantage of season tickets.
Been coming to shows here for a few years. Accessible seating is comfortable now that they’ve upgraded the seats. Sight line is good, not stuck behind a column or post. Some shows offer a buffet dinner beforehand; it is 50/50 on how good. But it is always convenient. Bathrooms are clean and kept supplied. Every staff member and volunteer is delightful and extremely helpful. Highly recommend. You don’t have to drive to the coast to see a quality show.
