The facility itself is very nice and clean. The main complaint I have is the "no outside food or drink" rule yet they offer snack foods at the concession stand. I've spent a lot of time here at dance competitions. I've been there from early morning to evening. I have no problem purchasing my food from the center but I refuse to purchase the garbage that they serve. So so unhappy this morning. Waited for quite a while to be able to purchase the Classic Albums Live series and can not get through to pay for the selected seats onlne. Made 3 phone calls to the ticket box office and left 2 messages with no response. We have attended these concerts since it's inception at Lakeland Center. Quite frustrated at the inability to purchase tickets.
Needs major improvements. Concession stands are awful, very slow. Needs more access for wheelchairs. Scoreboards are outdated. Needs more railings in upper seating areas. If you are going to have a team in the NBA D league next season changes need to be made soon.
Well the center all together is a great place but when you are there for an event and there are no food variety Security making a big deal for outside food that is brought in. I'm sorry but nachos and stale pretzels are not what u feed to dancers and their families.
