Have used RP Funding a few times for different reasons from new purchase to refinance and they have always been a good experience. Some issues have arisen but they have always mitigated each one and ensured we were satisfied with the end result. We have since recommended family and friends as RP Funding has been transparent and overall a positive experience.
Horrible service. They dont follow up with you 3 different people cant call back. This place is a joke. His commercial is ajoke. I work in customer service never seen anything like this place. Went elsewhere. Real professionals.
I wanted to refinance my mortgage so I called the number listed for RP Funding. The phone was answered by what sounded like someone from India. This person was rude, crude and clearly hostile. I was called names and told to go***** myself. This before I could say what I wanted. I called back and again was answered by an Indian and again treated the same way.
Great Team! Kept us informed every step of the way. Owning a business made our loan process a little more complicated but with the expertise of RP funding it was a seamless process.
The experience from start to finish was terrific! It great to work with folks that care and most importantly follow-up! They are truly the BEST!

This business advertises on TV that you pay no closing costs. This is a lie if you want to refinance a loan for less then $100,000. I had a 780 FICO score at the time. Its 790 now. They did not know what was obvious, that they could not even compete with the 3.62 APR I have now. They offered me 4.33% which of course makes no sense what so ever. It is not often that I give 5/5 stars, but on this occasion RP Funding absolutely earned them. From the initial contact via an online application to close and funding, everyone involved in the process was courteous, helpful, informative and conscientious. This has been one of, if not the best experience I have ever had with a Mortgage Lender. I highly recommend RP Funding for your next Loan application. I went here for a new home loan, they did my refinance of my last house and it went great, very smooth, what happened between my refinance and this new home loan I don't know. they repeatedly requested the same information that was already provided, they would call and email requesting basic information they already had on file (they hold my current note). and it was always the same line from rep....
