Fake reviews. Fake company rating. This is possibly one of the worst mortgage companies in existence. What is so sad is that there's a lot of hard-working employees that choose to work here "Only" to provide for their family. You get no recognition. The work life balance is horrible. This was the best and easiest refinancing. From my Loan Officer David Simpson, to my loan Processor Kimberlee ******. Every question was answered, every text and email was acknowledged. This company, RP Funding, is top notch, there is no doubt. I closed my loan without any delay and problem. I have a VA loan and the VA Administration is tuff on mortgage companies. Terrible service. They promised me a monthly payment lower than other companies, so I went with them. After paying the $500 appraisal fee and waiting months to finish processing the paperwork, the numbers changed the day that the notary came in by more than $100 a month. I tried contacting my rep, and got no communication from him by email or phone. In the end, we canceled since we were barely saving anything, and were out $500. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and response from every team member I dealt with, from start to closing. Closed earlier than anticipated and it was stress free. I would highly recommend RP Funding.

The RP Funding team were all knowledgeable and helpful. Closing was sooner than anticipated which was a good thing. Everything went smooth and closing was a breeze. Wish the closing cost part (that I had to pay) would have been explained to me better.

My rating a year ago would have been 4, maybe even 5 stars. Buying our home in 2015 was a pretty smooth process, no issues afterwards. When I was furloughed and later laid off in 2020 due to the pandemic, the forbearance option was a lifesaver, and that process was fairly smooth, too. However, coming out of forbearance a year later and trying to get the loan modification completed has been a nightmare. RP Funding was very professional and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. The employees were courteous and knowledgeable. What I really liked is that I completed the entire process online, they even came to my home to do the closing on Saturday! I never left my home, and they paid the closing costs associated with the loan. Great Job, I would recommend RP Funding to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Easy to work with and staff was very responsive. Jill - the mortgage loan originator was very helpful and called me every time I had a question.
