Fake reviews. Fake company rating. This is possibly one of the worst mortgage companies in existence. What is so sad is that there's a lot of hard-working employees that choose to work here "Only" to provide for their family. You get no recognition. The work life balance is horrible. My rating a year ago would have been 4, maybe even 5 stars. Buying our home in 2015 was a pretty smooth process, no issues afterwards. When I was furloughed and later laid off in 2020 due to the pandemic, the forbearance option was a lifesaver, and that process was fairly smooth, too. However, coming out of forbearance a year later and trying to get the loan modification completed has been a nightmare.
