Great Mechanic, Great People, & Fair Prices – I had been refered to this shop by a friend of mine that talks very highly of Bob & his wife Amy and the staff at RP Auto Service. They had great customer service skills and called me before any work was performed on my vehicle to discuss the issues and price. They are very knowledgeable. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. Thank you Bob & staff at RP Auto Service for a job well done!!!

Terrible Customer service skills from the OWNER?? – I would NEVER refer a friend, family member, or my worst enemy! "Bob" the owner is one of THE rudest people i've ever had to deal with! Not to mention " Amy" as well! My car has been at this shop not 1 time, but 3 times for the SAME issue! The first time I brought it there they were referred to me by a friend. Excellent Customer Service, Fair Prices – My experience at RP Auto Service was nothing but excellent. I called to make an appointment to bring in my truck and spoke to Amy. She was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. What won me over was during our conversation I mentioned that I just wanted to find out what the problem was.
