I had been working with Rozy for years. She wasn’t very personable, but seem to remotely know her stuff. She decided to stop responding to me once my health insurance (temporarily) changed. I switched to a plan that she took and she continued to ignore me, even though my medication was running out. I have a psychiatric disorder and am on very serious medication. Cancelled my 9 am appointment at 9:25 am.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I had booked an appointment with her. Very unprofessional to cancel an appointment 10 minutes into the appointment time where she never showed up. I was really looking forward to this appointment and had been anxiously awaiting all week for some much-needed help. No regard for anyone else's time, very uncaring provider, do yourself a favor and don't book with this woman. Where do I begin? Administratively defunct: Would harp on utilizing her app to book appointments and pay copays online. The app would work intermittently. 9 out of 10 appointments she would either not show up or email me later that she was unable to connect. That wouldn't be so bad given the mental health field does have emergencies, I can be empathetic. Absolutely awful level of service. I scheduled a session through Teladoc for care. After several back and forth scheduling conversations, I agreed to a time suggested by the doctor. The visit was confirmed several days in advance. At the time of the session, the provider never joined the call. She did not reach out to offer a new appointment time, didn’t cancel the visit, and was just completely absent. This is a completely unprofessional and unacceptable way of operating as a mental health provider.
