Stay away from this contractor. The phrase "you get for what you pay for" sadly applied to us regarding Rozinek Air. He installed a "brand new" AC unit, and in less than a year the unit stopped working. He came to check the unit and told us there was a faulty part and he would call the manufacturer to get it replaced within a week. Well, he very much disappeared after that.
