My area rugs downstairs have never been professionally cleaned and had a few stains I couldn't get out. They all look brand new with all stains removed. Mark delivered it on our scheduled time, even provided me some tips. Me and my wife are happy with the outcome and we will for sure select them again in case we need another rug cleaning.
