I am VERY THANKFUL to Rozen Area Rug Care. Thought to myself that we need a new rug and discussed and argued a bit with my wife but glad that we decided to get it cleaned instead. It was all worth it and now we have a restored rug better than before.
SO happy with the results. I couldn’t ask for a better service done. The tech guys even came earlier than scheduled and started immediately. They knew what to do and was so thorough and quick. Now I can walk on my rugs with satisfaction. It really hits different compared to what I had before the clean.
I got a very old and dirty rug, my wife told me about Rozen Area Rug Care and they were professionals in cleaning rugs. No stains left, the vibrant colors are visible again. Mark delivered it on our scheduled time, even provided me some tips. Me and my wife are happy with the outcome and we will for sure select them again in case we need another rug cleaning.
