Mornin' Your team (Ryan Hood + assistant) came yesterday morning to service my Regency fire-place. Great work done in 1,5 hours. Very friendly. Just one issue. I asked him to confirm where the safety switch is on the wall as I could not find it anymore. He said there is no safety switch, as there is no wire going from the fire-place, and anyway this device doesn't need any. I was surprised as I remembered having one. But he is the expert...
