My friend moved in June of 2023 and lived here for about a year with minor normal apartment problems. Stupid little things like the toilet was running and she didn't catch it right away. The landlords actually caught it and fixed it pretty quick and even helped get a reimbursement from the water company. I moved in with her in May of this year. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! So my experience with Rozelle properties was not very pleasant. My girlfriend and I moved into 2745 Glen Creek Place in June of 2017. We liked the apartments convenient location near the tech where my girlfriend was enrolled in courses. Shortly after school had started for her at the end of summer, she had passed out unconscious in the middle of class. I am not involved in the family business but Rozelle Construction has consistently produced great quality homes for over 45 years. Great attention to detail and craftsmanship. While getting to meet many of their home owners thru out the past 35 years, I’ve never met or heard of an unhappy client.
