At first I thought the care director and some of the nurse had compassion. But not a all they are dismissive and passive now and there is know compassion and communication has gone down hill. I most definitely no when people don't really care. It's all for profit please make sure to check on your love ones if they are in a facility I'm am my parents advocate and I will hire an attorney if need be. The compassion isn't at roze room nor competency.
Great service here for my father. Very knowledgeable and compassionate over the phone with the employee every time I call.
I really like Roze h hospice just a few things I would like to get my diaper supply my pull-ups only if my boys on time and the wash from my body and the cream for my body I don't get other than that they have tried to be fair and nice and do what they can for me and I appreciate it other than that I have no complaints they seem to be a fair life agency and they try rectify things will you tell them
Rose Room is the worst hospice place ever! Do not go to Sunrise, Torrance! This hospice has a contract with Sunrise. Sunrise uses no other hospice! I just had the most incredibly horrible experience with Roze Room! Their doctors and nurses are extremely uncompassionate towards someone who is dying! Me! They will not accept a profusely apologetic apology! They left me in a lurch! I am now scrambling to find another hospice place while I am dying! The doctor refuses to come back!
