We had Roze Room come provide hospice services for my father, who was recently diagnosed with Stage IV cancer, and every single person I talked to in person or on the phone treated me with dignity and respect. They treated my father like he was family. I know he felt loved and comforted. Particularly Zoila and Cyndi who came in and washed him, changed him, made sure he was comfortable and in no pain. Roze Room Hospice of San Gabriel Valley was unprofessional and a disappointment.
I could not have asked for better care for my father during his long decline, and support for myself as well. I could not have managed his care without this office.
Not quality service that's for sure. To my standards
