It amazes me when a management company doesn't do their job, then demands you pay fees they failed to notify you of. On top of that, selective enforcement is another specialty of theirs. Then lets not forget the ignoring of emails and non response of calls. Also dont forget to look them up on IDFPR, already had a violation with them once.
