I just called and the lady asked me what size my tire was. Everytime I’d tell her she’d cut me off so when I finally said loudly what my tire size was so she heard me correctly she called me rude and hung up. I tried to call back multiple times and she continued to decline my call. You need to think about hiring a new receptionist because she is very very rude and likes to speak over people when they are trying to spend money with your business
If I ever need I tire I go straight to roys, he's kind fast and get me back to where I need to me. Grateful to have such a great tire shop!
I love Roy's and have used him for our tire service for many years. Both Roy and his staff have been super helpful and friendly. Roy even looked at my daughter's tires to make sure she did not need to replace them, other than the tire we were replacing. But I have to say, I'm not sure who the older woman is that answers the phone now but she is absolutly rude and horrible to deal with. Honest, fair pricing and very pleasant to deal with. They did not try to talk down to me because I'm a woman.
