I trust Roy and Randy to always give me a very fair price for the level of service and safety their team provides. They are one of the dependable companies in the area for sure.
I contacted with "Randy" per phone to come and plow/clean our driveway. My son works late and I am disabled. He agreed to come between 4-5pm. Around 4:30 my son called and said he was coming home early so I called to see what the status was with our appointment time. I called several times and It went straight to voicemail. I left a message each time and he never showed up. I never heard back from him.
