These are the tastiest lean, but juicy sausages you'll ever eat! I grew up in Monterey county so when I come up this way, we just have to stop by and pick up a few dozen. They freeze well and I've even given them to family as gifts, which everyone loves! I'm glad this place is still here after all these years and hope it will remain for years to come because there'll never be a better sausage than Roy's.
