We are new to Hagerstown and have had the need to have our 95' Ford F-150 repaired on numerous occassions. Roys' staff always provides quality customer service at a fair price. The staff is always available to give me a ride to and from my home and even provided a loaner vehicle on one occassion so that I could still go to work. They are always warm and welcoming!
Although I was on my way to vacation in Florida. I was 200 miles from home and 900 miles from my destination. These fine folks stayed late and went way beyond the call of duty. The manager, Alan, gave me a ride to the local shopping mall so I could spend my time shopping/watching the latest movie while my van was repaired. Turned out to be a failed crank position sensor. The sensor was a dealer only item and the local Dealer didn't have it so Alan drove to Gaithersburg to pick up the part to get me back on the road the same ... read more
