Great place with great service. staff gives excellent advise, and doesn't try to sell you things you dont need. Actually advised against a plan i had, and looking back on it, he was totally right. could have just let me do what i wanted, and made some money, but was honest and helped me make a better choice.
I will be back again if needed. Jeremy was great to deal with, repaired my engine ahead of schedule and at a good price. I had the engine serviced at another service center and was told everything checked out great in the tank. When I put it on the boat it failed to work. The other shop refused to help so I reached out to Roy's for help. They promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired the engine in time for my vacation.
