It's clear he understands the body on a deep level, and he has a variety of backgrounds and talents that come into play, including thai massage and sports therapy. I have had a countless amount of massages in my lifetime and his is absolutely one of the best. Very sweet guy, too. I would highly recommend going to see Roy.

Life saver! Roy came to my home and worked out an old neck/shoulder injury. He's an incredibly talented man knowledgeable of the mind/body connection and gave points for recovery time. I was in pretty poor shape so I feel blessed I found him.
