Best burger on the planet! Bacon, pimento cheese and jalapeños. Had my first ever earlier this week and just had to have my second! To top it off, the sweet potato fries were the best I’ve ever had. The smell from the smoker told me that I must try the ribs and bbq! I can’t find the stars or I would give Roy’s 8!

Found one of the best hidden gems I’ve ever been to in my 26 years of living today. Roy’s is in an Exxon gas station in Lexington,SC with a smoker outside, and let me tell you, I am in absolute love. The ribs with Carolina mustard were top 3 best ribs I’ve ever had, and the collard greens and the jalapeño pimento Carolina burger *with IN HOUSE CURED BACON* was the best I have ever, ever had. I've known the owner for about a decade. He would always tell me about the different ideas he had. Sure enough he got to the stage. Great guy with a good work ethic. Not to mention his delicious taste in cuisine. Definitely on my to do list when I have to run errands in that area!!
Best Fried fish. Needs to come with 2 sides 😘
