Chef Chris is the best. Self made. Doing it his way to honor a family member. Mr Roy would be proud. Now the food: the man makes his own BACON! Do I need to say anything else? If the man can make his own bacon you know his BBQ is off the chain...it is. You know if he can make bacon, smoke his own Q then a burger is no problem...the best in Lexington! You gotta try Roy's...oh, you want Mac n cheese...yep. Collards...uh huh. Just stop in, Chris will help you decide. Love this place.
Ok, it's just a corner walled off in a gas station but you cannot beat it for breakfast anywhere else in Lexington. I have eaten breakfast at every restaurant in Lexington that serves breakfast. Today was the first time I ever ate here. Now it will be the last time I eat breakfast anywhere else in Lexington! The grilled pork chop is terrific! There is a lot to choose from and it is cooked fresh. I plan to go back for lunch sometime soon.
