I stopped by Goldsmith’s to have a link removed from an expensive watch I received as a gift. The young gentleman who was there could not have been more accommodating. It was a very positive experience, one that will bring me back to Goldsmith’s in the future.
I brought two rings to Jon, one for stretching the size and the other was a complicated resetting of a stone. Jon did a wonderful job on both rings at a very fair price. I was grateful that he was available to repair my rings . I highly recommend his services and will refer to him with any future issues with my jewelry.
Roy is great! I am always happy with the quality of his work and his quick turnaround time. He created this beautiful custom ring for my daughter’s 16th birthday from my engagement band I could no longer wear. She loves it!

Went in to ask about a repair and unlike other jewellers I'd gone to in Exeter he took the time to explain to me why it couldn't be repaired and had some creative suggestions for how I could repurpose the jewelry which has sentimental value
