Was very disappointed, went place order in the shop, very beautiful display items. Figuring that’s what we were going to receive but that was not the case. The flower arrangement was about half the flowers in the display that we received for my aunt funeral arrangements. Very disappointing. They delivered the flowers so didn’t see the arrangement till the funeral. So was not happy with the amount of the cost of flowers and want we receive. Was very disappointing.
Beautiful bouquet! Great and friendly service, would definitely purchase from here again!
It’s rare to find such great customer service these days. There was a lily in the bouquet that had been delivered to us that wasn’t going to bloom, and Debbie rectified the situation promptly. She just wouldn’t have the dying bloom spoiling the rest of a beautiful arrangement!
Debbie is the best florist in Winnipeg always exceptional beautiful arrangements that are absolutely breathtaking!! Do not go anywhere else as Roy’s is the BEST!!
