RecommendedKimberly is AMAZING! She is very helpful. I am a disabled senior and widow and everything is new to me. She walked me thru how to troubleshoot and saved me $225. They are very highly recommended by me and my family.
RecommendedBedroom outlet damaged; Kimberly helped me diagnose problem over the phone and guided me through possible causes of outage. She offered to rearrange schedules such that a service tech could come to my house, that day. In the end, with her assistance, I was able to replace the outlet on my own, but I am very, very grateful for her free advice and responsiveness to my outage dilemma. Roy's will be the first business I call for my future electrical needs.
