One of the best places to eat in Colorado and I've tried a lot
Food is great and huge. Service is perfect. Atmosphere is rustic, but we enjoy it.
How much I love Roy’s BBQ! Best moist brisket! All the sides I tried both times were delicious: onion rings, fried green beans, potato salad, and coleslaw. Blackberry Cobbler was okay (it had too much crust/cake-line batter and not enough fruit, for my liking) with vanilla ice cream (a generous portion)! We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Roy’s. Our favorites were the brisket and turkey. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was cute and clean. Roy was friendly, appreciative and even served us an extra meat to try which was one of our favorites.
