We went with Roy's based on the awesome reviews on Houzz and Yelp, but our experience has been really awful. Idan who was very responsive till we signed the architectural contract. Everything went down the hill from there. I had to call for everything - for measurements, for getting some plan proposals. Still nothing moved. I asked for a refund and cacellation and still didn't get any response. I then left a one star review and then got a response and refund of the money we had paid. Conman would be a compliment. Search photos of "his work" and you will find they are stock images of interiors. He subcontracts all of his jobs to others without confirming the quality of the subs work. Our experience with him was a disaster.
My husband and I found roys builders on yelp, based on the reviews and our consultation with we felt comfortable enough to trust Roy and the team with our kitchen expansion remodel. Roy was all about doing everything by permit and city code, he was very professional. He communicated well on times he would be arriving and times he would be leaving everything was very clean and tidy after they left and they were very respectful of our home.
