Awesome gym. ....wonderful experienced trainers/ coaches
Great place to workout and train...coach Roy is the greatest ....
The Couches are nice and they do excellent training and good place to get exercise and box. If you're looking for a place to exercise and get in shape, I recommend this gym for anyone.
