They are honest and reliable, friendly and cooperative. They tell you what your car needs but also when the repairs need to be done. They only do the repairs needed. I feel confortable that the work is done right and when needed.
We've been going to Roy's Auto for over 10yr. There is nobody else we trust with our car. I had a problem with something in the left front wheel of my car and the repair shop (a national company) accross the street where it broke down wanted to charge almost double what Roy's Auto repaired it for. I've been doing business with Roy's for about 8 years now.You don't stay with somebody that long if you don't trust them.They have given me free advise and helped in situations where they wouldn't have had too to get me back on the road.I recently read a negative post about them on a Google post that was absolutely not true.These are people you can trust and will help you 100% all the way.
