The device installed in my vehicle on the 26 th of February 2019 was a new model. I have had endless problems with the device had to tow my vehicle 3 times to the auto shop that installed it. Just to be told that it is my battery so I paid Roy's auto in phoenix a $160 for a new battery and it still isn't working. I thought the worst thing that could happen was if I wouldn't have been sober but I have worked so hard on my journey thru recovery and have been sober for 5 months now.
