My freezer was not cold enough. Found Roy online and he had good reviews. The listed number was wrong, but I found a different number in the local phone book. Glad I did. Roy checked it out and found low Freon. He suggested I replace the fridge since it was an older model and not really worth repairing. Roy is totally upfront and honest. He doesn’t run up the bill with phony charges. If I have other appliance problems, Roy will be the one I’ll be calling.
