I had the pleasure of being scheduled with Elizabeth Royer to do my audiogram. She was incredible. She took time to explain all my results, to offfer solutions, and to explain the different tests. As someone who was nervous going in she made the whole process a lot smoother. It was invaluable to have some one listen and answer my questions and explain my condition. I feel she is the gold standard when going to the doctor.
