Dr Syracuse is a very kind, knowledgeable and skilled doctor. He was very patient to listen to all my questions and concerns.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Syracuse as my doctor. He performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes, one month apart. Dr. Syracuse was kind and patient as he explained the procedure. He took great care in both the pre-op and post-op evaluations. The nurses and staff were wonderful as well. Both surgeries went great and recovery is easier than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Syracuse and Horizon Eye Care.
Very friendly staff. Making the appointment was was a breeze. All went really well. I will recommend.
