My roommate and I rented a property from Royce Realty in 2024 and it was great!! Royce was very responsive, friendly, flexible and quick to address any maintenance issues that came up, it was a hassle-free rental process from start to finish. Having experiences with shady, unreliable and unresponsive landlords, working with Royce was a breath of fresh air. For anyone considering working with Royce Reality, I'd highly recommend!!!!
Rented here for a year, Royce was great/maintenance requests we're fixed promptly. I even had to get my refrigerator replaced at some point and they actually replaced it with a really nice one instead of another old crappy one like other landlords do lol
I truly appreciate all of Royce’s help over the years, from managing my property to successfully selling it. This wasn’t an easy home to handle, especially with the unpredictable HOA, but Royce was always patient, responsive, and incredibly supportive through every challenge. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and follow-through made a stressful process much more manageable.
