Royce responded to an online quote request for bathroom remodel electric work within three hours, and showed up that afternoon. While walking through my requirement to install a purchased recessed LED light, and trouble shoot four hallway switches on a loop, Royce also recommended some GFI plugs be installed because the outdated plugs didn't meet codes due to being near water sources. In addition to always being late, working for one or two hours here and there - so our “about a week” project took over 5 weeks (yes 5), with us STILL accounting for his family emergencies and then towards the end constant complaining about the gas money for the drive (as if the house changed addresses) I was going to stay quiet and off the review sites.
