Always excellent. They moved! And moving again soon. Glad we found them.
MJ and Camila were so sweet and knowledgeable and kind and friendly. They made my experience really amazing. Thank you very much. The chocolate here is pure and clean as they said, and I was amazed and blown away by the milk chocolate that is kept in the fridge and kept cool and you can transport it if you’re traveling as well it’s kept at.50 degrees always. Unfortunately after further investigation.. all the chocolate contain soy. These are not high end chocolates when you got soy. I would recommend you go to dandelion chocolate and spend the extra $10-20 on the other end of Venetian near the hotel lobby by fight club. Plus the Asian rep I believe she is stealing. I paid cash and didn’t get a receipt and she didn’t give me my full cash back , I had to ask for it.
ROYCE Chocolate At The Shoppes at the Palazzo serves up some of the creamiest, most heavenly melt-in-your-mouth chocolates you will ever find, though you might accidentally walk right past it. Finding the store is a bit of a treasure hunt because of a distinct lack of prominent front signage. My group actually walked right past it the first time without noticing it was there. Extremely smooth and creamy Japanese chocolates with a large variety of flavors. Friendly staff. Nicely lit and decorated. No seating. Location adjacent to Samba Sushi on the NW corner of the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Palazzo.
