Bad first experience trying to buy a home. Mary Denton not knowledgeable at all about what she is selling or is ignorant on purpose. Too advantage of our lack of knowledge. Get an inspector and get your own realtor to represent you. Had no problem having me do considerable work on a home that was not even remotely financeable, sold quickly there after to a cash buyer.
