Greg from Royal Hawaii was wonderful. He was super patient while we wandered around the airport trying to find our meeting spot! He was well informed and gave us tips for places to visit and restaurants at which to eat along with plenty of historical insights! He took his time driving to the hotel giving us lots of personal decompression time after our long flight. We felt super welcome and safe. We booked Royal Hawaii several times during our stay and are super glad we did. Thank you!
