I have been working with Andy for about 2 months on a sleeve. He does great work and is very professional. The shop is amazingly clean, and everyone is very friendly. I've recommended RTC to all of my friends who are considering tattoos.
Tito Gavina takes his time with placement of tattoo. Loved the way he placed my sleeve tat on my right arm with da kind perfection. Got my outline done In Dec. 2014. Now getting the colors filled in today. I highly recommend Tito for excellent body art work! Aloha Bra'dah Tito
