Unprofessional - can't keep an appointment. We scheduled with this company 2x to look at some atrium windows, confirmed the week of, cleaned the windows and removed the screens so they could have a good look, and the worst part was we took time off work to ensure we could be there. They just didn't show up, no message, no explanation, just ghosted us. They may do great work, but I'll never know. I can't put trust in someone to complete a job who can't be bothered to keep an appointment. Avoid this company
Very quick to answer the phone, offer immediate help and was also very communicative via email. They came out the very next morning to seal our window and I look forward to having them come out to help us with the rest of our home.

Our sealant on our tip up walls was old and dilapidated. The building is close to 20 years old and needed to TLC on the expansion joints.
