This was my first time at Royalty based on a recommendation from the town’s local Facebook page. My normal stylist at a different salon was booked and I am usually a last minute person when it comes to scheduling so I booked online with no particular stylist. Today I got to see Michaela who blew me away with her crazy talent, superb customer service and true genuineness! I asked for something with dark roots (since naturally im a brunette), some subtle blonde highlights and a pop of color, and she succeeded!!!! It's been YEARS since I had the courage to get my hair professionally dyed and styled and today was truly life changing!!!! I will absolutely be back, and we might even go for a bolder look next! Thank you Michaela and Royalty!!!!

I made an appointment 2 days in advance online and received a confirmation text. I showed up on the day of the appointment 5 minutes early, doors were locked and lights were off. Waited 10 minutes, called the salon several times and no one answered. Confused and disappointed.
