Quick to make the estimate and collect deposit. Tore apart my tenant's kitchen and did not return. Did not complete work on time and used different workers each time. I lost rent during the process since the tenants could not use the kitchen. No one called with status updates ever. BUT...as soon as the work was complete, I got a call the following Monday asking for final payment. Very disappointed in the entire process.
Let me first explain...this was not my ball of wax! These damages and repairs were far beyond my scope of knowledge. From the initial days of the damage and gutting the areas that were damaged to yesterdays final broom sweep the process was only made difficult from my schedule with both work, dialysis and not feeling great.
