We had been searching for somewhere to move on pretty short notice and weren't having any luck. I happened upon Royal Realty, rang their number, and we had 5 showings that weekend. Shahnaz made our move possible and easier too.
Shahnaz was the property manager at a townhouse that we rented. She is very helpful and prompt. The complete process from signing of the application to the refund of the security was smooth. She was nice to identify any repairs that needed before we moved in, and completed them. I would recommend her services.
I spoke with Shahnaz Tehraniazad to seek housing for a client and she was very rude and sarcastic. I asked her the application process and the criteria. She recommended that no one with criminal background or prior evictions to not even think about applying and commented "how can someone be so irresponsible" . Regular people can experience hardship and/ or trauma. SOME may have experienced domestic violence or were hospitalized resulting in their "bad" record. Shahnaz works for her clients above and beyond. Her time, expertise, knowledge, and personal investment to do the best she can for her client is impeccable, concise,professional. She has the insight of knowing her client. It is not easy to work with people. Shahnaz has a clear understanding of who her client is. I don't know what I would have done without her. Shahnaz did an amazing job in maintaining our rental property in Clarksburg , Maryland. She is very through and does things beyond what is expected from her as a property manager. She also helped sell the property which was seamless. If we rent another property we will definitely hire her again !
