Diana is the best! Found me the perfect place and made sure that everything was done exactly as is should have been. Even found a $3,000 error in my favor at closing. Highly recommend her!
I received a flyer in the mail from Diana Williams that stated she could sell my unit in 77 days. I gave her only 60 days. She researched the market, recommended pricing and staging and listed my unit on MLS with professional photos and knowledgeable descriptions. I received an offer within 24 hours of the initial listing and a contract shortly thereafter. Diana remained engaged during the entire process right up to closing. In my opinion there are many good local realtors, but only one “Condo Queen of New Smyrna Beach”.
