Slumlords in the making! Be REALLY careful with these individuals/company. I would not trust them. They are completely unprofessional. For renters these people will charge you 20% of your rent if you're late even ONE day and then tack on daily fees. They are incredibly lazy especially when it comes to maintenance issues. They treat you like they're doing you a favor doing their actual job and act like they're not doing anything wrong for putting you off and dismissing your requests.
