Today was my first time here after just moving to the area. They did a great job on my toes and nails! Tracy and Vu were both great. Everyone was nice and place was very clean. I will definitely be back!
I hate leaving a negative review, so for context: I've been a loyal client at the same salon back home for three years and have never once had a problem. That's why this visit stood out the way it did. The wait time I was quoted wasn't accurate. Went in to get two full sets with design which they said they could do, the lady was sweet, very hard on the hands, cut a couple of my nails on the side and on the bottom, was not able to do the designs appropriately (blue set). my mom got hers done by a guy, he was VERY ROUGH had acrylic all over her hands under her fingers, we had to stop him after he was “done” because he was about to paint and had cut her hands horribly, we paid $110 for this, i understand on my moms we paid and walked out but this was insane!
