Poor did not do pedicure correctly and couldn’t do nails the way I wanted them but still tried to charge me like she did it correct don’t go
Worst place in Lufkin, never going back…
I’ve had Great experiences with them everytime except the last time. I feel they weren’t busy when I got there and as I was getting my set done customers started coming in and I feel they started to rushed and weren’t able to properly give me what I asked for. Speed should never affect service/quality!! Nails were thicker than usual and just in general seemed not properly filed, I asked for a flower design and was given a terrible design that was done super fast they didn’t even seem like they tried.
