They lied in their response to my review, simply further proves how dismissive they are, i have the inspection receipt to prove everything. the ball joint being loose was enough for the vehicle to be underivable due to safety concerns. they must have noticed that in their own inspection because they replaced the tire where it was lose but did nothing to the actual joint. the battery needed to be replaced within a few months. i’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with royalty motors. Car was misrepresented. They said trim was premium and it was base. They told me the car had been sitting there for a few weeks i found it had been listed for over 140 days. We took it to get inspected and a ball joint was loose but with a brand new tire only on that side. Headlight was out and they didn’t tell me. Infotainment (touchscreen) system didn’t work.
