I had a really great experience with this shop getting a vintage watch checked out and repaired. They were able to do a cleaning, realign the bezel, and replace the crystal on the front and it took under a week turnaround time. The watch is working great and looks great, too. The owner was very kind and courteous throughout the process. I will be going back for more repairs!

I brought my clock in to be fixed and if you want top notch work then go to Royalty R. Jewelers. I will never go anywhere else. They get the job done right. I had questions and they never made me feel uncomfortable. Very kind and thoughtful people to work with. Thanks so much. You guys are the best in town!!!!!

What an unfortunate and bad experience. I went here today (3/24/25 around 12:25pm PST) during my lunch break at work because I wanted them to put the Rolex band I had bought from them back on my Rolex watch. When I entered the building I waited a few minutes for the individuals in the back to finish their conversation and come out to greet me as a customer. No big deal there.
