Rose was so wonderful to work with! I brought in a ring that was missing a diamond and a bracelet with some bent pieces on a Friday, and it was ready to pick up the following week! Rose was truly so kind and helpful, and the finished product is exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back with any and all of my jewelry repair needs!
Rose was incredibly nice and very friendly welcoming me in. I had her adjust my watch for my upcoming wedding and she charged me a great price to do the adjustment right on the spot and return it to me in under 30 mins. She took her time and care even though the quality of the watch made it difficult to adjust, and the watch felt and looked great. Thanks Rose!
