We will not be returning to your shop. We set appointments for reasons, and when we have sit and wait for more then a half hour is uncalled for. This has happened to us the last 3 times. Our appointment was at 11am and at 11.40 we walked out the door. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Today me & my son came in for a 10am & 11am appointment haircut, my barber was a no call,no show and I had paid on the appointment app before coming, so the other barbers there where nice enough to fill in for that other barber NO show! I recommend barber Edgar, he cut my hair and my son's exactly as we wanted and get takes he's time to make sure he's cuts are crisp & sharp! I will be coming back to him despite the long wait we had, if you make a appointment then you wont have to wait! Keep up the great work guys..
First time here and got a cut with Pena blendzz and definitely recommend booking him for your next appointment he welcomes conversation and takes his time to make sure you leave feeling fresh.
Clean location, they seem to do good work. Very slow however, plan 2 hours here. They also don't seem to track or honor appointments, but my situation may have been a one off.
